Rob Flanagan was named the Vincennes Lincoln boys basketball coach
Flanagan has coached varsity basketball in Illinois for 35 seasons, most notably at Olney, accumulating a career mark of 598-387, and he was inducted into the Illinois High School Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019.

Los Angeles Angels’ José Soriano lowers ERA to 0.24, best mark in MLB history through first 6 starts. Soriano is also the only pitcher in MLB history to allow only one run across his first six starts of the season, per the Angels. The Angels are 6-0 in his starts, with a 7-3 win over the Blue Jays on Wednesday.

The 2026 NFL Draft starts tonight and runs through Saturday.  Live coverage on ABC, ESPN, NFL Network, and ESPN Deportes. Round 1 is Thursday at 8 p.m. ET, Rounds 2–3 on Friday at 7 p.m. ET, and Rounds 4–7 on Saturday at noon ET. Indiana University QB and Heisman trophy winner Fernando Mendoza is expected to be the #1 pick by the Las Vegas Raiders.
