The favorite -Renegade (9-2) will start from the rail. Further Ado (5-1) and Commandment (6-1) will break from the 18th and 6th positions. Mavericks star Cooper Flagg named NBA Rookie of the Year over former Duke teammate Kon Knueppel in a historic race. Flagg’s win over Knueppel was the second-closest victory in the Rookie of the Year race in the past two decades.

Former Alabama defensive lineman Luther Davis pleaded guilty to a pair of charges after he defrauded three NFL players and received millions in loans in their names. Prosecutors said in court on Monday that the two men used fake bank and email accounts to try to convince lenders that they were either the players themselves or acting on behalf of the players. Davis even went as far as wearing disguises on video calls with investors, including wigs and makeup, and used fake driver’s licenses.
