Four individuals are facing charges following the execution of a search warrant at a Petersburg residence earlier this week. According to the Pike County Prosecutor’s Office, the warrant was carried out April 6 on North State Road 57 after deputies reported smelling marijuana at the home. Authorities say drugs and paraphernalia were found inside, along with unsafe living conditions where a young child was present. Brandy Davis faces multiple charges, including neglect of a dependent, while Keith Kingsley and Sherry Dillon are charged with maintaining a common nuisance and dealing in marijuana. Jalon Reyes is charged with possession of marijuana. Officials also allege marijuana was distributed to adults during an event at the property. The investigation remains ongoing, and all charges are allegations at this time.
