The Petersburg City Council has approved a development agreement for a new apartment complex known as the Prides Creek Apartment Project. The project, presented by Premier Property Management, includes an $8.2 million investment to build 64 market-rate units, consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The development will be located near the Pike County Little League Park on Buchta Drive. Construction is expected to begin in late summer or early fall. The council approved the agreement unanimously.
