Weekend Arrest Reports

-Sunday, city police in Washington charged 33-year-old Andrea M. Harrison of Washington with Public Intoxication. Bond was set at $2000.  She was arrested Sunday at 5:43-pm on McCormick Avenue. Also arrested on the scene was -41-year-old Christopher J. Clark of Washington.  He was picked up on a Writ of Attachment and Failure to Appear.  His bond was set at $4500.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 35-year-old Christopher A. Farley of Washington Sunday with Possession of Meth.

-William J. Vaughn, 45 of Washington, was arrested on warrants Sunday for Residential Entry and Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury.  Bond was posted.

 -A Washington man as jailed Saturday for Intimidation and Resisting Law Enforcement. He was also found to be wanted on warrants for Failure to Appear, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Operating While Never Receiving a License.  No bond was set for 31-year-old Kevin D. Flax.  He was arrested on the charges in the 8-pm hour Saturday night after police were called to a Maxwell Avenue residence to investigated a domestic situation.

– Washington Police arrested a Sandborn man Saturday for Burglary, Criminal Mischief, False Informing and Bribery.  He was found to be wanted on warrants for Check Fraud, Forgery and Theft.  No bond was set for 43-year-old Jason L. Wingler.

-35-year-old Jessica F. Desinord of Washington was arrested for Failure to Appear for Battery. Bond was set at $2000.

–  Friday, the Washington Police Department arrested 49 year old Percy J. Lyford of Washington with a warrant to revoke a suspended sentence.  He was released on a $2,500 bond.

–   Also on Friday, the Washington Police arrested 31 year old Rosaline Saint Val for Neglect of a Dependent.  Her bail was set at $2,500. 

–   And on Friday, the Odon Police Department arrested Jason Cornelius of Odon on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.   Bond was set at $2,500.

 -Police investigated a Breaking and Entering at a vehicle parked on Northeast 3rd Sunday morning at 9:18-am.

-A vehicle hit a pole on 3rd Street in Montgomery at 6:05 on Saturday night.  There were no injuries and minor damage.

-A minor accident with two vehicle was reported on 100-north at 8:44 Saturday night.

-A vehicle slid off the road on Memorial Avenue at just before 2  Saturday. There were no injuries.

-Police conducted a theft investigation at Wal Mart Saturday afternoon.
