Indiana Free Fishing Days Return on May 10th

dnr-9

Indiana’s Free Fishing Days are returning this year, offering residents a chance to fish without a license. The designated days are May 10, June 6 and 7, and September 26. On those dates, Hoosiers can fish in public waters across the state without purchasing a fishing license or trout and salmon stamps. The program is designed to encourage new anglers, give families a chance to enjoy time outdoors, and introduce more people to fishing. Resources such as tips and maps are also available to help participants get started.
