The position requires shift work across multiple schedules. Candidates must have a valid Indiana driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screening, and possess mechanical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in wastewater treatment is preferred, though training is available. The city notes the job involves both indoor and outdoor work in a variety of conditions and may include exposure to machinery, chemicals, and weather elements.
