(NETWORK INDIANA) The man that died on Prairie Creek Reservoir in Delaware County on Sunday morning has been identified. The Indiana DNR says witnesses pulled Leonard Anderson from the water and started CPR — but it was unsuccessful. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say the 71-year-old may have had a medical emergency before his boat crashed into another and he fell in the water. He was not wearing a life jacket.
