A man arrested in Owensboro, Kentucky is wanted for Rape in Pike County, Indiana.
WFIE TV in Evansville reporting that 46-yaer-old Roger Wayne Road was wanted on the warrant issued last week out of Pike County court.
Roach was arrested in the parking lot in the library in Owensboro, Kentucky.
The arrest took place Tuesday.
