Daviess County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Washington Police Department early this morning after receiving a report that 3 subjects were trying to break into vehicles at Trailbreeze Trailer Court. After a short chase, all three subjects were apprehended. Kenneth Wayne Demotte, 20, Seth Whyley Ziegler, 18, and Draten Alexander Cole Fitzgerald, 18, all of Washington, were booked into the Daviess County Security Center on charges of theft. UPDATE: Demotte was charged with 2 counts of Burglary, 2 counts of Criminal Trespass, 2 counts of Theft, Resisting Law Enforcement, Minor Consumption and Public Intoxication. Ziegler was charged with 2 counts of Burglary, 2 counts of Criminal Trespass, 2 counts of Theft, Resisting Law Enforcement. and Fitzgerald was charged with 2 counts of Burglary, 2 counts of Criminal Trespass, 2 counts of Theft, Resisting Law Enforcement, Minor Consumption and Public Intoxication.
Mary Ann Sue Christenberry, 24 of Bicknell, was arrested late Wednesday night by Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies for Failure to Appear and Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Jesse Lawrence Hampton, 57, of Shoals was booked into the Daviess County Security Center Wednesday afternoon on charges of Unlawful Entry of a Residence and Auto Theft.
