Downtown Washington is hosting the first-ever Spring Fest tomorrow, May 5th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Core Center Parking Lot and Pocket Park on Main Street. This exciting event will feature various vendors, non-profit organizations, and the YMCA Youth Council’s big bake-off with prize money for the best baked good recipe. The CEO Class will also display some of their class projects, while the fire department will make an appearance. Visitors can also participate in the take a toy/leave a toy booth with Little Warrior Wishes, and Comforting Hearts will reveal details on their upcoming all-inclusive playground.
