Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has launched a new online tool aimed at increasing transparency in gas prices during the state’s declared energy emergency. The platform, called IN Fuel Watch, provides real-time gasoline prices at more than 4,600 stations across Indiana. Users can search and compare prices by location, station name, or cost, and view statewide averages and trends. Rokita says the tool is designed to help Hoosiers make informed decisions while also allowing the Attorney General’s Office to monitor pricing and investigate potential price gouging. Officials say enforcement action could be taken if stations fail to pass along savings or charge excessive prices. The website is now live infuelwatch.com, and consumers can also report suspected price gouging through the Attorney General’s office.
