A Vincennes man is facing arson charges after he was arrested last night by Indiana State Fire Marshals. 43 year old Robert W Wiley was taken into custody following questioning at the Vincennes Police Department. The arson happend in Biknell and Wiley is also facing charges for Criminal Mischief. He is currently being held in the Knox County jail. Bond was set at $15,000.
