Last night the Washington Community School Board looked at several personell matters.
The Washington Times Herald reports that resignations were accepted from Veale Volleyball coach Alan Skomp, North Elementary Volleyball staff member Jodi Neukam, Aldo Santos, the head Freshman and Sophomore Football Coach, Junior High Student Council’s Michael Miller and Elementary Aid Mary Shake.
The Board hired Elementary aids, Irene Barco, Carl Brown, and Misty Walden; Bus Aid, Joanna McAtee, Bus Driver, Steve Burkhart, Phy-Ed Aid Diane Richardson. Cain Fox was hired as Freshman and Sophomore Football Coach, and Volleyball Coaches Alician Hand at North and Linda Taylor at Veale. Jacob Luttrell was approved as Volunteer Boys Tennis Coach.
Also the Board accepted some donations. The Daviess County Economic Development Corporation gave $850 to the Veale Elementary School’s Robotics Team. Also approved; an anonymous donation of $500 to the corporation’s elementary schools.
