There are just a few more days to visit the Indiana State Historical Society’s traveling exhibit, The Faces of the Civil War at the Daviess County Museum.  Hundreds of people have visited the exhibit which details the lives of Hoosier Civil War soldiers and their families.   The exhibit will return to Indianapolis on Friday.

Also plan to be at the Museum at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 29, to hear local native Steve Foust talk about his 3506 mile walk across the United States.   Foust will entertain listeners with anecdotes about the places and people he encountered on his trek.   The Daviess County Museum is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
