Motorists in southern Knox County are being advised of an emergency road closure this morning. The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that State Road 241 west of Decker will be closed, beginning this morning, for the repair of a railroad crossing just west of the Decker town limits. INDOT says workers with CSX will have both lanes of SR 241 closed while they resurface the crossing. Depending on the weather, the project is expected to take up to four days. The official detour is U.S. 41, U.S. 50, and SR 241.
