Two men are facing battery charges

 

 

-Two men were arrested for disorderly conduct and battery after weekend incident in Washington. Police logs state that officers were called to the Hydrant Bar in reference to a reported fight at 9:35 last night.  Two men were said to have left after the altercation.  One was located by police on Northwest 17th and Walnut.  The other was said to be seen running north on 17th but was apprehended.  Arrested were 53-year-old Robert W. Carsten of Wheatland and 21-year-old Jacob R. LeBlanc of Washington. Both were jailed without bond.

-Early on today’s date, 26-year-old David T. Booher was arrested by Indiana State Police. The Washington man was wanted on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $5000 at the Daviess County Security Center.

-Washington Police arrested 25-year-old Tyler D. Nading of Washington overnight on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.  Bond was set at $100,000.
