Washington Police arrested 40-year-old Alvin d. Hernandez of Washington on Tuesday. He was charged with operating while never licensed. Bond was posted.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department took 44-year-old Christopher L. Riggle into custody following a Tuesday investigation. He was jailed for domestic battery and later posted bond.
