To help Washington’s children celebrate Halloween, and stay safe and healthy, the City of Washington has organized a huge Halloween Safe Stop.
The event will be held at East Side Park on Halloween evening.
Fifteen local organizations are participating.
The Safe Stop will be Drive-through and will run from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Halloween evening.
