The Daviess County Health Department in partnership with Washington Community Schools will be holding a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic for anyone 12 years of age or older.
The clinic will be held on September 8th from 1:00 pm to 3:20 pm for students & staff and from 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm for the public.
Shots will be given at the Washington Jr. High School Gym located at 210 North East 3rd Street.
The Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be offered. Both of those require two doses.
Your second dose will be scheduled 21-28 days after your first and will be administered at the same location.
Individuals under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian’s permission.
You will also need to print and fill out a form to take with you to the clinic. The form can be found on the here.
