Daviess County Peer Recover Services will be hosting a Road to Recovery Celebration on Saturday, September 11th, at Washington Eastside Park. The event will feature information on treatment programs & providers, free Recovery Month t-shirts, free drug deactivation kits, as well as free Narcan. A cookout will also be held with food donated from Perdue Farms. Proceeds will go back into next years event. Finally, there will be balloon release to remember those who have lost their lives due to Substance Use Disorder. It’s all happening Saturday September 11th at Eastside Park in Washington.
