There was tragedy at the Wagler Motorsports Park in Lyons over the weekend.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department reports 54-year-old William D. Young of Bedford lost control of his drag racing car and hit a wall. The custom built machine turned over. Young died of injuries sustained in the crash. That occurred Saturday night.
