After an investigation he was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Also, for obstruction of justice and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond was set at $2500.
30 year old Casey Dale Fleetwood of Washington was jailed Thursday morning for failure to appear. Bond was posted.
