The Daviess County Economic Development Corporation is seeking public input as it develops a new Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan for Daviess County. The project is funded through the Indiana State Department of Health and is aimed at improving walking and bicycling opportunities throughout the county. The plan will focus on increasing bicycle and pedestrian transportation, identifying routes and connections, and guiding future infrastructure improvements. As part of the planning process, residents are encouraged to complete an online community survey and share feedback about walking and cycling in the area. The master plan is expected to be finalized and adopted by September 2026. The survey can be found on DCEDC Facebook page.
