Accord is an Indiana-based consortium made up of more than 25 rural electric cooperatives and telecommunications providers focused on expanding broadband and middle-mile fiber infrastructure across rural Indiana. RTC officials say Willis’ appointment reflects the company’s continued involvement in statewide broadband expansion and long-term infrastructure planning. Willis has served in executive leadership at RTC since 2021 and previously worked in finance and operational leadership roles at Kimball International.

RTC Intelecyn’s Nate Willis Appointed to Accord Telecommunications Collaborative Board
MONTGOMERY, Ind. — RTC Intelecyn announced that Nate Willis, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of RTC Communications, has been appointed to the Board of Managers for the Accord Telecommunications Collaborative, an Indiana-based consortium focused on expanding middle-mile fiber infrastructure and strengthening broadband connectivity across rural Indiana.
Accord brings together more than 25 rural electric cooperatives and independent telecommunications providers throughout the state to support long-term broadband growth and network collaboration. RTC Intelecyn has been involved with Accord since its formation and remains one of its founding participants.
Willis has served in executive leadership at RTC since 2021 and oversees financial strategy, operations, human resources, governance, and long-term planning for the organization. Prior to joining RTC, he spent more than 15 years in finance and operational leadership roles with Kimball International.
