Daviess Community Hospital has launched its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment survey and is inviting residents across southwestern Indiana to share their input. The survey helps the hospital better understand local health priorities and shape future services, especially for vulnerable and underserved populations. The anonymous survey is open through July 31 and is available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole at https://dchosp.co/chna25. Printed copies are also available at the hospital’s main lobby.
