Amanda Wagler, 92, of Montgomery, Indiana passed away at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at her home.
She was born March 23, 1932 in Montgomery, Indiana to the late Elias and Fannie (Graber) Graber.
Amanda was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She married Abrahaman S. Wagler on April 4, 1978 and he preceded her in death.
Amanda was preceded in death by her husband, Abraham S. Wagler; parents, Elias and Fannie Graber; stepchildren, Roy Victor Wagler, Ernest Dewayne Wagler, and Delbert Ray (Mary Beth) Wagler; 6 step grandchildren; siblings, Emma (Lewis) Knepp, David Graber, Mary (Fred W.) Knepp, Katie (Abner) Wagler, Sarah (John) Raber, Rachel (Mahlon) Wagler, Hannah (Henry) Wagler, Joel (Nancy) Graber, Fannie Margaret (Amos) Knepp, and Rosa (Henry) Knepp; step son-in-law, Wayne Sweet; step daughter-in-law, Karen Wagler.
She is survived by her stepchildren, Rita Ilene (Harvey) Wittmer, Anna Mae Sweet, Larry Lee (Rachel) Wagler, Gary William Wagler and Darvin Eugene (Darla) Wagler; step daughters-in-law, Ida Wagler and Lydia (Henry) Graber; 35 step grandchildren; 132 step great-grandchildren and 1 step great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the Daviess County Produce Building in Montgomery. Burial will follow in Wagler Cemetery.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 10th, 2024 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will continue until the time of service at the Daviess County Produce Building.
