Shoals, IN: Indiana State Police initiated an investigation in October 2023 based on information alleging child molestation by Jeremy L. Sanders, 48, of Shoals. Following an investigation by Detective Tyler Matthew and Martin County DCS, criminal charges were filed by the Martin County Prosecutor’s Office, leading to Sanders’ arrest on Friday evening, January 26. Sanders, facing charges of Child Molesting (Level 4 Felony – 2 Counts), was apprehended without incident at his place of employment.
