Mason Randall Deisher

Mason Randall Deisher left this world suddenly and unexpectedly on December 23rd, 2023 at the young age of 26. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

Mason was welcomed into the world and the loving arms of his parents, Roger and Mary Deisher, on February 26th, 1997 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. He grew up in the country of Lawrence County, IL with his parents and brothers riding horses, fishing the river, riding dirt bikes, and camping. Mason worked hard as a coalminer for Sunrise Coal in Russellville, IL. Much of his free time was spent with his son, Aiden, whom he shared with his true love, Lauren Smallwood. Hobbies he enjoyed included mechanical work, riding his Harley, coon hunting with his brothers, and spending time with friends and family.

Mason is preceded in death by his father Roger Deisher, Sr., fiancé Lauren Smallwood, grandparents Randall and Phyllis Deisher, and grandfather William Sparks. He is survived by his son, Aiden Deisher, mother and step-father Mary and Jonathan Chapman, brothers Roger Deisher, Jr. and his wife Danielle, Dustin Deisher and his wife Heidi, and Jaime Frye. Also surviving him are grandparents Karon and Eric Stout, step-brothers Jonathan, Zachary, Dakota, and Austin Chapman, his life-long friend Jonathan Forsythe, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30th, at Goodwin-Sievers Family Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St., Vincennes, IN from 12pm -3pm EST. Services will be conducted immediately following visitation at 3:00 pm. A private burial will be scheduled for a later date. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mason.
