The Daviess County Airport is hosting a pilot appreciation fly-in breakfast on Saturday, November 4th, from 7 to 10 a.m. to show appreciation for your patience while the facility was under construction. DCY is inviting pilots to fly in and test out the newly extended runway. Once you taxi back and park, meet in Hangar D for a delicious catered breakfast! If conditions are unfavorable to fly in, the gate will be open; just follow the signs and drive back. Anyone associated with the airport and those involved with making the runway project possible are welcome to help celebrate the completion of the runway expansion.
