Yesterday morning, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant and arrested 27 year old Eric Rutkowski of Vincennes on two counts of Failure to Appear and one Writ of Attachment. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
Monday afternoon, Washington Police arrested 44 year old John P. Scott of on a charge of Battery. No bond was set.
Monday, Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies served a warrant and arrested 39 year old Chase W. Meade for a Probation Violation.
Also on Monday, Daviess County Deputies served a warrant and arrested Abigail Whitehorn of Washington for Failure to Appear. Whitehorn was released on a $2,000 bond.
