The investigation into missing popcorn money at a travel baseball league in Evansville has the league’s president looking at charges.

Police arrested Eric Cooper on Friday.

He’s the president of the Evansville South Baseball League, and investigators say he stole over $6,000 in cash that was supposed to go to the league.

Police say Cooper spent some of the money at the casino in Evansville, some of it went to gas, and some of it went to his business.

Investigators say Cooper is not the only person who is under investigation as part of the case.
