A two-vehicle accident in Jasper sent one person to the hospital yesterday.
Jasper Police say a 2013 Ford Escape collided with a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country at the intersection of Newton Street and 6th Street.
Both vehicles sustained heavy front-end damage and were declared a total loss.
The driver of the Ford Escape was transported to Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say both vehicles believed they had a green light at the intersection resulting in he collision.
