Around 10:50 p.m. Friday night Washington Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Poplar Street in Washington, where a fight was reported in progress. When officers arrived, the arrested 22 year old Samual Diaz of Washington on counts of disorderly conduct and strangulation. Another male, 22 year old Lorenzo Diaz-Alvorado of Washington was long-formed on a charge of disorderly conduct. While on the scene, a third male, 41 year old Adrian Rodriquez of Washington was found to be the subject of current Daviess County arrest warrants containing charges of domestic battery and strangulation. Both Diaz and Rodriquez were taken to the Daviess County Security Center. No bail was set for Diaz, Rodriguez was released on a $5,000 bond.
Also on Friday, Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 21 year old Bryan Orr of Greencastle on charges of Criminal Mischief, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, and two counts of Criminal Recklessness. He is being held on a $2,000 bond.
