The Great Washington Smoke Off is set for April 8th & 9th at Eastside Park in Washington.
The competition will feature area cooks competing for best ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and people’s choice.
Organizer Todd Clark says there will be plaques and cash payouts totaling $1,700 awarded…
All entry spots have now been filled.
Cook time runs from 11:00 pm on April 8th through 11:00 am on April 9th.
Clark says food sampling will be from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm…
Awards and presentations will follow at 1:00 pm.
