Mobile Vaccination Clinic Heading to Martin County

The Indiana Department of Health mobile vaccination and testing unit will be at the Community Building at the Martin County 4-H Fairgrounds on Wednesday, January 26th through Saturday, January 29th.

The mobile unit will be operating from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm each day.

This drive through clinic will offer Moderna and Pfizer Vaccines including booster doses to those who qualify. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine will not be available.

The COVID-19 Vaccine can currently be given to anyone ages 5 and up, however, those ages 5 to 18 must receive the Pfizer vaccine.

COVID testing will also be available.

This clinic will be held inside the community building and no appointment is necessary.

For individuals who received a Pfizer vaccine, a booster dose may be administered to anyone 12 and older who had there second dose 5 months ago.

The same applies for those 18 and older who had the Moderna shots.

If you received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine more than 2 months ago, health officials recommend you receive a booster dose of either Pfizer or Moderna.

The Martin County Fairgrounds are located at 2666 US Hwy 50 in Loogootee.
