A new bill would make life easier for Hoosier fishermen across the state.
State Representative Tim O’Brien from Evansville hopes to establish a lifetime fishing license.
The bill would eliminate the need for annual fees and require you to pay just one “reasonable” fee for a lifetime license.
Representative O’Brien says the bill would encourage more families to fish, either as a casual hobby or competitive sport.
The bill is up for consideration in the House Natural Resources Committee.
