59-year-old Timothy Williams of Plainville was arrested Saturday and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment, Being a Habitual Traffic Offender, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia. He was booked into to the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
28-year-old Diego Luna-Perez of Washington was arrested early Sunday morning on a warrant for Failure to Appear. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $2,500 bond. Bond was posted.
