The charges have been upped to murder for two men accused of shooting and killing a teenager in Sullivan County.
Kyle Johnson and Matthew Earle are said to have fired 20 shots between them when they arrived at a home to help with a fist fight back on June 10th.
There was a small crowd of people near the home where Mezmoriah Wilson was.
The 15-year-old girl was shot and killed.
Johnson and Earle were originally charged with just criminal recklessness and obstruction — but after sifting over more evidence — prosecutors are now charging them with murder.
