Washington’s Board of Public Works accepted the low bids to demolish four derelict houses.
The four buildings schedule to be demolished are located at 406 NW 2nd Street, 1502 Vincennes Avenue, 312 Cable Avenue, and 709 SE 3rd Street.
The Board also received bids on asphalt for 2022. The bids were taken under advisement and will be acted on at the next meeting.
In other business the board approved 3 promotions in the Electric Department and 1 promotion in the Water Department.
