The NJROTC class at Washington High School are always giving back to their community through acts of service.
On September 8, 2021 70 cadets picked up more than 10 bags of trash from the streets and sidewalks around the Jr. High/High School, North Elementary School, and Daviess Community Hospital.
Community Service Projects is a major part of the NJROTC Program, which teaches cadets the value of service to our local community.
According to WCS, cadets have performed more than 430 hours of community service to date.
