Pike County Elementary School responded to a threat on Friday.
The School Corporation isn’t saying much, but did report there was a disruption to learning yesterday around 9:00 am at the Pike County Elementary School Building.
They say the threat was not evaluated as an immediate danger to students or staff, however, students and staff evacuated to an undisclosed location out of an abundance of caution.
By 10:40 am, regular activities had resumed.
Schools Officials say the threat was not intended for a PCSC school, but was inadvertently directed toward them, triggering their response.
There is no word on who the threat was directed towards.
