The Washington City Council heard from Barb Fyffe Risch last night who said that Team Up to Clean Up is preparing for a restart.
Risch said Team Up to Clean Up takes a commitment of about 45 minutes a month.

The Mayor also told local organizations and individual families how to volunteer to help keep the city litter-free…
