On April 16, three people all between the ages of 14 and 22 were found shot to death inside a house in Greene County.
Police say the teenager was the one who pulled the trigger.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department says 14-year-old Cole Bixler shot and killed his cousin’s boyfriend, 22-year-old Mason George, while he was sleeping on the couch.
Then the teenage boy went into a bedroom where his cousin, 21-year-old Jessica Bixler, was and shot her.
He then shot and killed himself.
Police say Bixler used a gun that was owned by George.
Autopsies revealed all three died from single gunshots to the head.
Investigators gained access to the teenager’s Snapchat account and found he mentioned to others he had been having thoughts of harming himself.
