Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing all flags across Indiana to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of the victims of Monday’s mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado. Per President Biden’s order, flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on Saturday, March 27. Ten people were shot and killed, including Police Officer Eric Talley, who was a 2004 graduate of Ball State University.
