On Sunday, the Indiana Department of Health reported 1,750 new cases of coronavirus across the state. That brings the total number of Hoosiers who’ve tested positive for COVID-19 to 626,682. The department also reported 5 new deaths, bringing the total number of people who’ve died due to the virus to 9,598. So far, nearly 3-million people in Indiana have been tested for coronavirus. The state’s current overall positivity rate is at 10.6-percent, while the seven day positivity rate sits at 8.5-percent.
