The latest numbers are in. On Thursday, the Indiana State Department of Health reported a new single-day record for COVID-19 cases, coming in at 1,962. That brings the state’s overall number of positive tests to 141,212. The department also reported 23 new deaths, bringing the total number of Hoosiers who’ve died because of the virus to 3,632. So far, over 2.4-million Hoosiers have been tested for coronavirus. The state’s current overall positivity rate sits at 5.7-percent.
