The City of Washington Power & Light Department has issued a correction for the areas that will be affected by next weeks scheduled power outage. Originally it stated it would affect Cynthia Court. This is incorrect. The outage will include the Brett Cabel Rd. area affecting residences from N.E. 12th St. to Highway 57 North to include Lynwood Drive, Coronado Drive, and North side Drive, as well as on Highway 57 N between Brett Cabel Rd. and Viola Avenue.
The outage will take place on Thursday, September 24th beginning at 8:30 a.m. and will last approximately 4 hours or until work is complete on the utility pole.
