A total of 19 COVID-19 diagnosed residents in Knox County have recovered. The Knox County Health Department says one previously quarantined patient was released on Friday. Another patient is set to be released from quarantine tomorrow. There have been a total of 21 diagnosed cases in Knox County. The latest case was reported yesterday. The Health Department said that person works out of the county and contacts have been notified and have been they have been placed in self isolation. The patient will be quarantined for at least 14 days.
