Ketcham Memorial Nursing Center in Odon is seeing some improvement in their situation. Out of the over 50 cases of COVID-19 in Daviess County, about 50 have been associated with the nursing home. 15 of the 17 deaths in the county were at the nursing center. Kathy Wittmer, the nursing home’s administrator, reported Friday that there was only 1 resident positive with coronavirus. 12 residents have recovered. There was 1 staff member who tested positive and was in self isolation. Five staff members have recovered and another 10 have recovered and returned to work.
